The 10L Dynmed Oxygen Concentrator is an exceptionally reliable model that retains an over 90% oxygen concentration when pushing the machine to its maximum capacity (10LPM). It meets all range flow requirements for adult, paediatrics and child use in hospital, households, nursing rooms and other patients in need of high concentrated oxygen.

The machine can run continuously 24 hours a day and can be turned off automatically using the timer function. Users do not need to open the machine body to do replacement of filters; this is also one of the best-selling points among all Dynmed products. The machine comes with 2 nasal cannula attachments for inhalation as well as a humidifier bottle for distilled water. It's strong ABS shell is fitted with 4 wheels to ensure easy transport around an environment.
